What you’ll do
- Gather, weigh, and measure ingredients according to precise recipes.
- Operate industrial mixing equipment to achieve consistent batch quality.
- Lift and move materials/containers up to 50 lbs.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and communicate issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food-quality standards at all times.
- Clean and sanitize batching equipment between runs.
- Support the production line when needed to maintain throughput.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
What you bring
- Food manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Dependability, self-direction, and strong teamwork.
- Ability to stand 8–10 hours and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfort working in cold environments.
Pay, schedule, and location
- Pay: $18.75–$20.00 per hour
