  • Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins to monitor progress and resolve challenges.

  • Review project plans, RAID logs, Jira boards, and delivery timelines.

  • Identify recurring issues across projects and implement common solutions.

  • Coach Delivery Leads on project planning, risk management, escalation, and executive communication.

  • Review leadership updates and executive presentation materials.

2. Hands-on Delivery Support
  • Provide direct coverage for projects when Delivery Leads are unavailable or require additional support.

  • Own the program governance and reporting cadence across all projects.

  • Review and finalize weekly leadership status reports and monthly Steering Committee presentations.

  • Ensure risks, issues, dependencies, owners, and mitigation timelines are clearly documented.

  • Establish and maintain PMO standards covering RAID management, Jira, Confluence, milestone tracking, and accountability.

  • Prepare executive pre-reads and coordinate leadership feedback.

4. Release & Go-Live Readiness
  • Monitor projects throughout the complete implementation lifecycle, including:

    • Discovery and Localization

    • Development and Build

    • System Integration Testing (SIT)

    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    • Production Verification Testing (PVT)

    • Pilot and Phased Go-Live

    • Hypercare and Transition to Support

  • Validate go/no-go criteria, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and hypercare exit criteria.

  • Identify resource and environment conflicts across multiple release schedules.

5. Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary PMO contact for senior business and technology stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with product, engineering, market teams, vendors, and external partners.

  • Manage escalations professionally, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.

  • Communicate program health, risks, and decisions effectively to executive leadership.

6. Continuous Improvement
  • Develop reusable implementation playbooks and best practices based on lessons learned.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and project tracking through Jira and other tools.

  • Support resource planning, onboarding, and development of Delivery Leads and PMO Analysts.

  • Contribute to account-level delivery improvements and strategic planning.
