Job Description

KCG Search is partnering with a growing real estate development and investment firm in Irvine seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Project Manager to coordinate and manage a high-volume pipeline of real estate development, financing, and closing transactions.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience in commercial real estate transactions, loan closings, real estate development, or transaction management who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The position will begin as a contract assignment with the potential to transition into a long-term, permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Affordable housing or LIHTC experience is preferred but NOT required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple real estate transactions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and closing requirements are met.
• Maintain transaction pipelines, project schedules, dashboards, and detailed tracking reports.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, attorneys, title companies, escrow officers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Lead transaction and closing calls, establish action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Track commercial loan closing requirements, financing documentation, due diligence, and outstanding conditions.
• Coordinate lender and investor closing packages, capital installment documentation, and financing deliverables.
• Support real estate development transactions through financing, closing, construction, and permanent loan conversion.
• Assist with affordable housing financing and LIHTC-related transaction milestones.
• Identify potential transaction delays, resolve outstanding issues, and escalate concerns to senior leadership.
• Prepare weekly project status updates, transaction reports, and closing schedules.
