We’re looking for a hands-on leader for our powder coating operation with openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. If you love coaching teams, protecting quality, and hitting production goals, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Train, guide, and verify that every team member understands their job requirements and is properly prepared to perform.
- Hold the line on qualityconfirm parts conform to print specifications and any special instructions on the work order.
- Own schedule executionensure all work orders are finished on or ahead of time.
- Drive performanceconsistently meet or exceed monthly efficiency objectives.
- Control wastemeet or surpass monthly scrap reduction targets.
- Champion safetyconduct all painting operations per written SINTEL procedures and OSHA safety standards.
- Grow your teamcomplete periodic employee performance reviews with actionable feedback.
