The Role

We’re hiring a Supervisor to lead underground utility work for a specialized projects group based in Northern Virginia. You’ll own safety, quality and profitability for every job in your territory. You’ll build crew schedules around client deadlines and bring in subcontractors when the workload calls for it.

What You Bring

• Willingness to work outside and work long hours.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute from job site to job site, in a company vehicle.
• College degree, or 3+ years of experience as a construction supervisor.
• A proven track record of keeping field crews on schedule.
• Solid knowledge of contracting and accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation

$60K to $120K base salary, based on experience.
