What You’ll Do:
- Compile and analyze client flight activity, service documentation, and operational data to determine accurate invoice charges
- Review contracts to ensure billing follows program rules and company policies, and apply approved adjustments
- Generate monthly invoices aligned with contract terms, billing cycles, and FAA, IRS, and SOX requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and make sure each client's preferences are reflected
- Serve as the primary contact for invoicing questions about contracts, hours, fees, and account changes
- Partner with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Legal, and client services teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Create custom account reports, validate utilization and rate data, identify trends, and escalate anomalies
- Maintain invoice archives and documentation that align with contractual obligations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of billing, finance, or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of invoicing practices, including billing cycles, adjustments, and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret financial data and contract terms, identify discrepancies, and explain trends
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
- Exceptional attention to detail to meet a 99.93% invoice accuracy standard
- Clear, professional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle billing disputes with tact
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments
