Warehouse Associate

Location: North Austin, TX

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 4:30 PM (35 hrs/week)

Pay: $16.00/hr starting | Conversion Pay: $18.00/hr

Openwork is hiring a Warehouse & Sample Associate for an established tile distributor in North Austin. No prior warehouse experience is neededwe hire for attitude, reliability, and an eagerness to learn.

• Guaranteed Pay Raise: Automatic increase to $18/hr upon full-time conversion.

• Paid On-the-Job Training: Learn to operate a tile wet saw and earn your forklift certification once hired permanently.

• Consistent Schedule: Day shift only, Monday through Fridayno weekends or late nights.

• Prepare, label, and pull sample orders for customers and the sales team.

• Build and glue together showroom display boards.

• Safely operate a tile wet saw to cut display pieces (training provided).

• Receive, stock, and organize warehouse inventory.

• Assist delivery drivers and customers with a positive, helpful attitude.

• Help reorganize and optimize the sample department.

• Positive mindset, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the day.

• Basic comfort with hand tools (box cutters, tape dispensers, adhesive).

• Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
