The Opportunity

As a Business Development Partner with Horizon Broadcasting Group you’ll build relationships, understand what local businesses and organizations want to accomplish, and develop creative solutions that help them succeed.

This is a sales role with a broader purposegenerating revenue through marketing, media, and community connections.

What You’ll Do

Develop Partnerships

• Build trusted relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Understand partner goals and identify opportunities.
• Develop lasting partnerships built on trust and results.

Create Solutions & Revenue

• Develop and sell creative marketing, media, and community-based solutions.
• Generate new business and grow existing partnerships.
• Deliver partner results while building sustainable revenue.

Grow the Community

• Connect businesses, organizations, and community resources.
• Create opportunities for collaboration and shared success.
• Strengthen the local business community.

Compensation

Full-year base salary plus commission: OTE $87,000-$127,000.

Location & Work Style

Location: Based in Bend, Oregon. Candidates must reside in or near Bend or be enthusiastic about relocating.

Work style: Primarily field-based throughout Central Oregon, with frequent in-office collaboration.
