We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of construction and site maintenance tasks, helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. No prior construction experience is required, but experience in construction, landscaping, excavation, or related trades is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other tradesmen on job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Dig trenches, grade surfaces, and perform basic demolition as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Set up and take down temporary structures, barriers, and job site equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors.`
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screening if required.
