Chesterton Manor is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents at our skilled nursing facility in Chesterton, IN!

Join our team full-time on the 7a–7p or 7p–7a shift

Pay Range: $35–$40/hour plus shift differentials

Shifts Available:
Full-Time or Part-Time 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Your incentive packageUp to$40,000in student loan repayment plus a cost-of-living-adjusted stipend (national-average baseline $10,000)

Paid in quarterly increments over your three-year commitment while you remain eligible and employed at a qualifying facility or agency. Final stipend amounts use your facility’s county wage index and may be higher or lower than the national-average baseline.

You are eligible if you:

Obtain employment as an RN or LPN/LVN in a qualifying nursing home and commit to 3 years of service there. A limited number of state agency nursing home inspector roles also qualify

Work an average of 30 hours per week at a qualifying facility.

Have qualifying student loan debt or have graduated within the last two years

• Provide direct nursing care with compassion, skill, and professionalism.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.

• Coordinate care with CNAs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and services.

• Interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff while promoting dignity and well-being.

• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
