Azura Living is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Part-Time Concierge to join our team at Azura of Fox Point!
Be the welcoming face of our community and help create a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
Schedule
Tuesday: 8:00 AM ? 4:00 PM
Wednesday through Friday: 4:00 PM ? 8:00 PM
Part-time hours with no weekend requirements!
Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member.
Greet visitors and assist them with finding their destination.
Take and deliver messages to staff.
Provide general information, directions, and community details.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain a welcoming community area and keep the coffee bar organized.
Perform additional duties as needed.
