Full-Time | Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM overnight shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the overnight hours.

As the RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift

• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate nursing care is provided

• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team

• Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff

• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately

• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Address clinical and staffing concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
