Salesforce Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities
- 15 18 years in enterprise IT delivery, including 8 10 years in Salesforce programs.
- Multiple global implementations; Salesforce platform, Field Service, Sales/Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Agile, DevOps, and integration expertise.
- Salesforce certifications and industrial-sector experience preferred.
- Lead enterprise Salesforce implementation, modernization, and managed services programs.
- Own delivery governance, solution quality, financials, resourcing, and customer outcomes.
- Oversee Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and integrations with SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, and other systems.
- Lead global architecture, development, testing, and operations teams.
