SummaryReceives, stores, tracks, and distributes materials and products to support production and inventory operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Receive, store, organize, and distribute materials based on work orders, schedules, pick lists, and requisitions.
- Fill material requests, kit project parts, and prepare orders for production, packing, or shipping.
- Label and arrange inventory for accurate identification and efficient retrieval.
- Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates and report shortages or expiring materials.
- Record material transactions and maintain accurate inventory and pick-list data in computer systems.
- Process incoming materials and maintain organized storage areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, operating instructions, and written, oral, or diagram-based directions.
- Basic computer/data-entry skills with strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
- Effective communication, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Company vehicle operation may be required. If applicable, employees must maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a typical manufacturing environment and frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing, with sufficient close vision to perform assigned duties.
