2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
3rd ShiftSunday-Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking Machine Operators to produce precision steel components in Davenport. You will run production machinery, load materials, and inspect parts using precision tools. This role offers steady shifts and a clear path to permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment safely
- Load, position, and handle steel materials
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Read blueprints, work orders, and production specs
- Complete basic production logs and routine quality checks
- Keep work areas clean and safe
Requirements
- Must have steel-toed boots
- Minimum 1 year of continuous tenure at a recent employer
- Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver steel materials
- Pass a background check and 9-panel drug screen (does not test for THC)
- Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
