Summary:Location: Springfield, MO
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm), 3rd shift (11pm to 7am)
Responsibilities:- Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
- Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
- Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals
- Follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail to support on-time delivery
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually depending on the assigned position
- Minimum 2 years proven and consistent work background
- Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift environment as well as up to 4 hours overtime either before or after scheduled shift up to 12 hours (both daily and/or weekend)
- Consistent and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing process
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Skills:- Prior full line manufacturing experience is preferred
