Bring your people skills and sales drive to a trusted local shop. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Service Advisor who builds customer trust, confidently presents recommendations, and follows through.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and create accurate repair orders.
- Explain repair, maintenance, and tire recommendations in plain language.
- Prepare estimates, discuss pricing, and secure customer approval.
- Coordinate with technicians, manage appointments, and keep customers updated.
- Follow up on recommended work, handle checkout, and build repeat business.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Confidence discussing price, asking for the sale, and working toward sales goals.
- Organization, accuracy, and the ability to keep pace in a busy shop.
- Customer service or sales experience; automotive knowledge is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
