SHR Corp USA is seeking experienced and safety-focused Order Picker / Cherry Picker / Man Lift Operators to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating elevated lift equipment to pull orders, restock inventory, and transport materials throughout the distribution center. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and is comfortable working at elevated heights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a order picker, cherry picker, man lift, or similar elevated forklift equipment.
- Ability to meet a 40-hour weekly minimum.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts, overtime and double time as required by operational volume.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders.
- Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a strong plus.
