Residential Cleaning Technician, Part Time (15+ hours/week)
Location: Livingston County
Starting Rate: $18.50 per hour

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team. No experience? No problem. We offer paid training and ongoing support.

This role starts with flexible, part-time hours. We're growing steadily, and more hours will open up as we do. It's a great way to start in the profession!

ScrubSquad is a locally owned cleaning company based in Gregory, serving homes and businesses across Livingston, Washtenaw, and Oakland counties.

What You'll Do

  • Clean residential homes to a high standard, with occasional commercial jobs available
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and more
  • Follow client-specific instructions and company cleaning checklists
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and clients
  • Care for company-provided supplies and equipment
  • Represent ScrubSquad with professionalism and pride

What You'll Need

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A smartphone for our scheduling and team apps
  • Punctuality, trustworthiness, and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
