The Leadership Development Program at JDC Power Systems will afford exposure and work assignments within the various functional groups (Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Tech Field Service including Safety, Operations, Quality, Finance/IT and HR). This program is intended to provide a broad overview and hands on experience at an accelerated pace of how the business operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members of team to execute effectively assigned work.

- Attend meetings as required or requested.
- Travel to site locations to better understand culture, business, and operation.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related area
- 0-1 Year relevant work experience
