Vulnerability Management program Leader

Own the end to end Vulnerability Management program across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and endpoints.
Develop and execute strategies to rapidly reduce vulnerability backlogs, particularly critical and high risk vulnerabilities.
Establish risk based prioritization, remediation SLAs, governance, and escalation mechanisms.
Work directly with CISO, CIO, CTO, and senior technology/business leaders to communicate risk and drive remediation accountability.
Partner with Infrastructure, Application, Cloud, SOC, and IT teams to accelerate remediation and improve remediation velocity.
Establish executive level KPIs/KRIs and dashboards covering backlog, aging, risk exposure, SLA compliance, and remediation trends.
Identify opportunities for automation and process Eligible to workimization across vulnerability identification, prioritization, ticketing, and remediation tracking.
Assess and Eligible to workimize vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or equivalent platforms.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to mature the organization's Vulnerability Management operating model.
