Machine OP; 1st and 3rd shift Openings | Temp-to-Hire after 60 day probation
1st 5 am- 1:30 pm | $18.51
3rd shift 9 pm- 5:30 | $19.51
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Set up machines for production runs.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Identify equipment issues and report malfunctions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and complete paperwork.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; training may be provided.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends.
