Ourclient,anestablishedmanufacturerwithU.S.andCanadianoperations,isseekingaBusiness SystemsAnalysttoimproveenterpriseapplications,strengthenbusinessprocesses,andsupportits technologyroadmap.
ThisrolecombinesERPsupport,businessanalysis,andprojectdelivery.Initialprioritiesinclude organizingaMicrosoftDynamics365enhancementbacklog,evaluatingsystemcustomizations,and prioritizingimprovementsbasedonbusinessneeds.Thepositionwillalsosupportnewtechnology deploymentsandbroaderbusinesssystemsinitiatives.
Manufacturingexperienceisrequired.Dynamics365experienceispreferred,butcandidateswith experiencesupportingotherenterpriseERPplatformsareencouragedtoapply.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- SupportandoptimizeERPandrelatedapplications,troubleshootissues,andcoordinate resolutionwithinternalteamsandexternalpartners.
- Organizeandprioritizesystemissuesandenhancementrequestsbasedonbusiness impact.
- Partnerwithmanufacturing,finance,inventory,andsupplychainstakeholderstogather requirementsandimproveprocesses.
- Evaluateexistingconfigurationsandcustomizationstoidentifyopportunitiesfor simplification.
- Documentrequirements,workflows,andfunctionalsolutions;coordinatetesting, deployment,anduseradoption.
- Supportnewapplications,automationopportunities,andcontinuousimprovement initiatives.
- Leadstakeholderdiscussions,communicatetradeoffs,andbuildsupportforchange.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fiveormoreyearsofexperienceinbusinesssystemsanalysis,ERPapplicationsupport,orarelatedenterprisesystemsrole.
- Manufacturingindustryexperiencerequired;processmanufacturingpreferred.
- ExperiencewithMicrosoftDynamics365,SAP/S/4HANA,Oracle,JDEdwards,ora comparableERP.
- Strongrequirementsgathering,processdocumentation,troubleshooting,androotcause analysisskills.
- Understandingofmanufacturingworkflowsandtheirconnectionstoinventory,supply chain,andfinance.
- Familiaritywithintegrations,dataflows,andincident,problem,andchangemanagementpractices.
- Experiencesupportingsystemenhancements,testing,deployments,andexternal technologypartners.
- Strongcommunicationandleadershippresence,withtheabilitytoinfluencesenior stakeholders,challengeexistingapproachesconstructively,anddriveinitiativesforward.
