Production / Machine Operator – Dexter Axle (Fremont, IN)
WSI Staffing Solutions is recruiting Production and Machine Operators for Dexter Axle's Fremont, Indiana manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay, long-term employment potential, and opportunities for advancement.
Job Responsibilities
Operate production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Assemble automotive and trailer components according to production specifications.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain production standards and meet daily expectations.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Work collaboratively with production teams and supervisors.
Qualifications
Be able to lift up to 55lbs or more consistently.
Be able to stand for long periods at a time.
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attendance, dependability, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Willingness to complete required training.
