Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop personalized care plans

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement strategies for improving resident outcomes and quality of life

• Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all individuals

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Assisted Living (AL) setting

• Strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

• Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to residents with varying needs and abilities

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical software

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
