RNs and LPNs are needed to provide skilled nursing care in a skilled nursing facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The nurses will support older adults and adults with complex conditions across day, evening, night, and rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical condition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Perform clinical monitoring for older adults and adults with complex conditions.
- Provide wound care.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of nursing practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience with patient assessment, medication administration, electronic health records, clinical documentation, vital signs monitoring, and care planning.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.
