THE TYPE OF WATER MITIGATION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn PSA and Acumatica ERP systems
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt between administrative duties and emergency dispatch responsibilities
• Understanding of job costing fundamentals, receipt reconciliation, PO matching, and basic accounts receivable functions

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with water mitigation operations, insurance adjuster workflows, claims processes, file auditing, labor verification, and restoration industry practices. We are willing to train the right person to be our Water Mitigation Operations Coordinator!

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR WATER MITIGATION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break, along with participation in an after-hours on-call phone rotation.

In this role, you'll answer incoming calls and coordinate emergency service requests, dispatch crews, schedule inspections, and ensure homeowners receive prompt support during challenging situations. Throughout the day, you'll audit job files in our management system, verify labor hours and documentation, and ensure critical information flows accurately from the field to the office.
