Locations: Edison, NJ 08837 & South Brunswick, NJ 08831
Pay Rate: $20.19/hr. (W2)
Duration: 1 Month
Shift Timings:
- Edison, NJ: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- South Brunswick, NJ: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dispatch Associate to support daily dispatch and yard operations.
Responsibilities:
- Record inbound and outbound equipment.
- Monitor scheduled and actual equipment types.
- Use the Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) to dispatch drivers.
- Enter timecards accurately.
- Check trailer locations in the yard and verify them against the computer system.
- Report discrepancies and follow safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, and snowy weather.
- Must wear appropriate clothing for outdoor work.
