Must Haves:
- Current CPR and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a science-related field OR relevant Medical Assistant experience
- Comfortable working with a predominantly male patient population
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced specialty clinic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Plusses:

- Urology experience
- Vascular or Vein Clinic experience
- Experience supporting multiple medical specialties
- CMA
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
- Supporting providers across multiple specialties
- Assisting with clinical and administrative duties
- Managing approximately 35-45 patient visits per day
- Cross-training with Cardiology as needed for front desk duties
- Assisting with Urology, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Endocrinology, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, and Vascular patients
- Supporting both the McLean and Reston locations when required
- Maintaining patient flow and ensuring efficient clinic operations
- Providing excellent patient care and customer service
