TheAccountsReceivableCoordinatorisresponsibleformanagingandmaintainingaccuratecustomeraccounts,ensuringtimelycollections,andsupportingmonth-endcloseactivities.Thisrolerequiresstrongattentiontodetail,effectivecustomercommunicationskills,andhands-onexperiencewithERPsystemsspecificallyMicrosoftDynamicsGP.Theidealcandidatewillbecomfortableworkingindependentlywhilecollaboratingcross-functionallytoresolvebillingandpaymentdiscrepancies.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Generate,review,anddistributecustomerinvoicesaccuratelyandonschedule
  • Applycustomerpaymentsincludingchecks,ACH,andwiretransfersinMicrosoftDynamicsGP
  • Monitoraccountsreceivableagingreportsandfollowuponoverduebalancestoensuretimelycollections
  • Reconcilecustomeraccountsandpromptlyresolvebillingdiscrepancies
  • Maintainaccurateandwell-organizedARfilesanddocumentation
  • Communicatewithcustomersregardingbillinginquiries,paymentstatus,andaccountissues
  • Uploadinvoicesandrelateddocumentationintocustomeronlinebillingportals
  • PreparemonthlyARreportsandassistwithmonth-endandclosingprocesses
  • Ensurecompliancewithinternalcreditpoliciesandaccountingprocedures
  • Collaboratewithinternaldepartmentstoresolvebillingorpaymentdisputes
  • Performadditionalaccountingoradministrativedutiesasassigned

Qualifications&Experience

  • HighSchoolDiplomarequired;Associate’sorBachelor’sdegreeinAccountingorarelatedfieldpreferred
  • Minimumof5yearsofaccountingexperience,withastrongemphasisonAccountsReceivable
  • Atleast2yearsofexperienceusingMicrosoftDynamicsGP
  • SolidunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandARprocesses
  • Abilitytoworkindependently,multitask,andmeetdeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment
  • StrongproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel,Word,andERPsystems
  • Highattentiontodetailwithexcellentorganizationalskills
  • Professionalcommunicationskillsandacustomer-servicemindset
