What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 2+ years of inside sales or telemarketing experience with a solid closing track record.
• Automotive industry sales experience or selling to car dealerships is a huge plus!
• Proven success making high-volume outbound sales calls, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed quotas.
• Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using dialers, CRMs, and sales tools.
• Professional, coachable, and motivated to grow.

What You'll Do

• Manage company-provided leads from initial outreach through closing.
• Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer to drive new business.
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals consistently.
• Overcome objections with confidence and skill.
• Track activity and performance metrics to stay on top of your goals.
• Compete, win, and continuously improve your sales performance.

Compensation and Employment
Candidates require authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity with compensation of $30 - $32 per hour / $60,000 base salary + unlimited commission per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed base salary through uncapped earnings. This role includes comprehensive employee benefits and paid training.
