Grinder 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour base; 2nd shift $22.75/hour including $0.75 differential; 3rd shift $23.00/hour including $1.00 differential.
Openings: 1st shift: 5; 2nd shift: 3; 3rd shift: 1.

Position Summary
A confidential manufacturer seeks Grinders to remove defects and prepare metal parts for finishing using large swing grinders and smaller hand grinders. Training and direction are provided by an assigned crew member.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine workpiece surfaces for defects and sharp edges.
- Select abrasive belts, wheels, or discs suited to the metal and work specifications.
- Remove scratches, laminated metal, excess weld material, and burrs.
- Polish ground areas to produce smooth surfaces.
- Replace worn abrasive discs, wheels, and belts.
- Maintain a safe, organized workstation and follow work procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and learn grinding procedures.
- Attention to surface condition and defect removal.
- Ability to operate assigned equipment safely.
Additional Requirements
This position is subject to ITAR and requires U.S. person status. Employment eligibility will be verified at hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.
