What We Offer
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Health and dental insurance.
- Paid time off.
- Professional, indoor automotive service environment.
- Opportunity to build, develop, and lead a successful service team.
- Long-term career growth with an established luxury automotive dealership.
Who We're Looking For
We want a working manager who leads by example, not someone who simply oversees the shop from an office.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable managing repair orders, coordinating internal reconditioning, solving workflow problems, recruiting talented technicians, and holding the department accountable for results.
Our ideal Service Manager understands that efficient reconditioning, strong technician leadership, cost control, and getting vehicles ready for sale are critical to dealership success.
If you have the experience, leadership skills, and drive to take ownership of an automotive service department, we encourage you to apply.
