ComResource is looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Challenge scope, assumptions, requirements, and proposed technical solutions rather than simply coordinating the project plan
- Drive accountability across the project team and challenge the team when necessary
- Apply disciplined project governance, planning, execution, and controls
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential impacts
- Ensure business requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) are clear, complete, and aligned with the solution
- Engage credibly with technical teams
Essentials:
- Strong technical IT background so the candidate can engage credibly with technical teams
- Strong, confident leadership style
- Strong PM/PMO knowledge, including governance, planning, execution, and controls
- Strong risk management skills
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Desired:
- Infrastructure experience
- Jira and Planview experience
