R&D Engineer

We are seeking an innovative R&D Engineer to play a key role within a Product Design team, leading the development and commercialization of new packaging products from initial concept through production launch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining hands-on product design, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, manufacturing, tooling, and direct customer interaction. You will transform customer concepts and requirements into manufacturable products while ensuring designs meet performance, quality, cost, and production objectives.

• Lead new product development from concept through commercialization and production launch.

• Create detailed 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

• Strong AutoCAD and SolidWorks proficiency.

• Strong engineering drawing and product design experience.

• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional inspection techniques.

• Experience translating customer requirements into manufacturable designs.

• Strong customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
