Licensed Insurance and Financial Services Rep ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Associate for our office, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Help retain and grow an established book of business
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Go above and beyond for each customer
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Hark, sometimes stressful, fast paced work with competency to learn, understand, and explain a wide range of topics to customers
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Must obtain insurance licenses
- Multi-tasking skills
- Must be hard working, have an inner drive to succeed, open to learn and ability to take constructive critism
Upward Mobility & Advancement:- Further Licensing Available(if desired to advance yourself) such as sponsorship for
- Potential to advance within Management
- Potential to be put in State Farm's system to possibly obtain your own office
Compensation:- Average for my office is 57k
