Description
The Project Clerk will be assigned to one or more projects. The Project Clerk must have an understanding of the database, timelines, and project requirements of our service company and also of our client. Strong communication skills are required.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Scan, rename, and upload documents in database
- Assisting with preparing mass mailings
- Prepare and/or send correspondence through various mail options
- Lifting and moving boxes containing client files
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Training available with the following required skills:
- Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
- Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
Work Environments and Physical Demands
- Spends 100% of the time in an office environment.
- Required to sit, use hands to finger handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Occasionally life and or move up to 25 pounds.
