Located in the heart of Timonium, MD, we’re looking for a motivated and skilled Coach to join our team and make a real impact.

As a Coach at The Yard Gym Timonium, you’ll play a key role in guiding our members on their fitness journeys. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging and effective fitness sessions tailored to a variety of fitness levels.
• Providing personalized coaching and support to help members achieve their goals.
• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all gym-goers.
• Sharing your fitness expertise and staying up-to-date with the latest training techniques.
• Building strong relationships with members to foster a sense of community.

We’re seeking a Coach who brings energy, expertise, and a passion for fitness to our team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a coaching or fitness training role.
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, exercises, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members.
• A positive and motivating attitude that inspires others to push their limits.
