Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain
- State licensure or ability to become licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Formulate and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services

- Document all services, progress, and communication per district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development sessions
