Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a team of multidisciplinary engineers.
Manage departmental workload, staffing, and technical direction across projects.
Support project managers and leadership in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Review engineering deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and technical accuracy.
Coordinate across disciplines to ensure efficient project execution and communication.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
10 years of engineering experience within the energy or industrial sectors.
5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineering teams.
2 years experience in the engineering consulting industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity and with the following industries: mining, mine reclamation, water treatment, gas processing, industrial manufacturing, and renewable and traditional energy generation.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers at various career stages.
Experience managing teams with diverse engineering specialties.
Strong project coordination and technical review capabilities.
