About this role Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring concrete formwork carpenters for long-term concrete foundation and footing work on a large industrial jobsite near
Cartersville/Carrollton, GA. Work runs through mid-2028 and the crew is open to candidates nationwide willing to travel or relocate. This role is best for experienced formwork carpenters familiar with commercial or industrial foundations, anchor bolt setting, and multiple form systems. Qualified non-local candidates are eligible for a $500/week per diem.
What you'll do- Lay out, build and strip concrete forms for foundations and footings on commercial/industrial projects
- Set and install anchor bolts to specified tolerances
- Install, adjust and dismantle multiple form systems (Symons, Efco, Doka, gang forms and handset)
- Read and interpret structural drawings and follow layout from plans
- Work safely on a large, active industrial/power jobsite and coordinate with site crews
- Measure, cut and fit form materials; perform routine site layout and work inspection tasks
What we're looking for- Proven concrete formwork experience on commercial or industrial projects (industrial/power/heavy civil preferred)
- Experience setting anchor bolts and working foundations/footings
- Hands-on experience with multiple form systems (Symons, Efco, Doka, gang, handset)
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and site layouts
- Comfortable working on a large, active industrial jobsite
- Willingness to travel or relocate; open to currently employed and nationwide candidates
Qualifications- Experience with anchor bolt installation and foundation formwork
- Familiarity with Symons, Efco, Doka and gang/handset form systems
- Able to read structural drawings and perform site layout
- Available for long-term work through mid-2028
- Eligible for $500/week per diem for non-local workers
- Willing to travel/relocate (nationwide candidates considered)
