We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans just clean assessment work.

Compensation earn more as you commit more:
Base rate of $110 per completed assessment
$60 daily stipend for each 8-hour day of availability you give
$25 no show reimbursement
Position Details:
Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms
40 hours/month minimum commitment
Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region broader coverage means more visits and higher earning potential
No nights or weekends required
Short-term and long-term contracts available
Travel assignments available stipend for hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based)
Malpractice insurance included
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted state NP license
Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP
Reliable personal transportation
Available for at least 40 hours/month
Must have 1+ year of experience working as NP
