Our organic and natural market in Sandpoint, Idaho, has been proudly serving the community for 29 years, and we’re looking for a Chill Stocker to join our team! What You’ll Do

As a Chill Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Chill department runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

General Responsibilities:

• Supporting the company’s mission and goals within the community.
• Modeling respectful and harmonious interactions with coworkers and customers.
• Providing top-notch customer service at every opportunity.
• Helping maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

Department-Specific Duties:

• Collaborating with the Chill Manager to create a daily stocking and floor plan.
• Leading the Monday UNFI order process.
• Assisting with freight days and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Checking invoices accurately and taking on special projects as assigned by the Chill Manager.

Customer Service:

• Assisting customers with product questions and helping them find the items they need.
• Handling customer requests, suggestions, and complaints professionally.
• Taking special orders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Can project a friendly, outgoing personality and work well as part of a team.
• Is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple demands.
• Possesses basic math, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
• Is physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
