As our Peruvian Chef, you’ll play a key role in crafting an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting authentic Peruvian dishes with precision and creativity.
• Designing and maintaining a menu that showcases the rich culinary traditions of Peru.
• Managing food preparation, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Monitoring inventory and sourcing the freshest ingredients to uphold the integrity of our dishes.

We’re seeking a chef who brings passion, expertise, and a deep understanding of Peruvian cuisine. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional culinary experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Peruvian dishes and cooking techniques.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
