Ready for a new opportunity? We're hiring Assembly Technicians for immediate openings on both 1st and 2nd shift.

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training.

• Assemble small mechanical parts and components
• Use basic hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Follow standard work instructions and procedures
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Package completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary.

1st Shift

6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Overtime may occur before the shift.

2nd Shift

2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Overtime may occur after the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rice Lake, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
