Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Solon, OH (Greater Cleveland Area)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install, replace, and commission residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, refrigerant lines, and related equipment.
- Perform system startups, testing, calibrations, and troubleshooting.
- Handle preventative maintenance and basic HVAC repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications.
- Perform refrigerant charging and leak checks.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer standards and safety requirements.
- Document completed work, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Coordinate with dispatch and project managers to ensure timely job completion.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle.
Requirements:
- HVAC installation or service experience (Required).
- EPA Type II certification (Preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).
- Working knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, wiring, and basic plumbing connections.
- Experience with residential or light commercial HVAC systems preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools and lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and technical manuals.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
