The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, preparing media and buffer solutions, maintaining GMP standards, and following established safety and quality procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare media and buffer solutions.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems.
- Operate production equipment, including pH and conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete production documentation in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Perform sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Receive and distribute supplies to production areas.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Assist with troubleshooting process issues and responding to equipment alarms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Candidates with a higher level of education may qualify without prior experience.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines.
- Experience with production equipment and filtration systems.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
