As a Bread Baker in our Bakery Department, you’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional baked goods that reflect our commitment to quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Baking from Scratch: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items using organic and natural ingredients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation, while maintaining ingredient freshness.
• Recipe Development: Collaborate with management to create new recipes and seasonal offerings that excite and delight our customers.
• Inventory Management: Monitor baking supplies, maintain inventory levels, and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
• Sanitation & Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers by offering samples, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely production.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a baker, preferably in a scratch bakery or high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient functions.
• Familiarity with organic and natural ingredients.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A true passion for baking and creating high-quality products.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
