Responsibilities:
- Sort and process customer returns.
- Palletize materials for shipment.
- Wrap and band pallets to prepare materials for shipment.
- Package products for customer shipments.
- Process customer orders using SAP transactions.
- Scan and retain documents as needed.
- Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office equipment, including computers and copiers.
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and use a warehouse ladder to reach shelves.
- Ability to perform frequent and varied physical movements, including standing, sitting, bending, walking, reaching, grabbing, packing, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift 30–75 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to occasionally push or pull up to 320 lbs on casters with assistance.
