Part-Time Insurance Sales Representative - State Farm Team Member

Position Overview

New to insurance? Tony Brewer State Farm in Carrollton, GA will get you licensed and selling. This is an in-office, part-time role working 20-30 hours per week. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can build a real sales skill set and start earning commission quickly.

Responsibilities

• Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred insurance training and licensing provided
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $3,000-$5,000 per month

This range reflects expected total compensationincluding base salary, commissions, and bonuseswhen performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
